I understand the easement, but still they should be knocking and not destroying my property in the process. Today they were out marking the yard and when I called to ask why they informed me they were there to bury the internet line they'd already buried 2 weeks ago. Clearly some wires are getting crossed here. But breaking the fence to get in is ridiculous. I'm here all day. I saw them do it. Then when I told the guy about the fence he ignored me and said it was already broken. No, it wasn't. It was locked and he lifted the other side off the hinges to get in. Just the blatant disrespect for my property is insane. I don't break their stuff, they need to respect mine. If a lock doesn't deter them, I don't know what will.
