Utterly terrible CS and QC at Rockwell

Thanks. I just don’t have the time to deal with the possibility of a third screw up—I value what little time away from the office I can get, and hate spending it on CS issues after spending quite a bit on the product itself. On top of that, I don’t have confidence in Rockwell’s CS after the first gap in communication, and the overall poor and unconcerned response.

I don’t know much about stainless steel molds, etc. but it seems to me that, if there is so much variation in the components that they can’t even be forced together, then either CS is not a reliable enough material to make razors with, or else the specific molding process that Rockwell uses is not up to par. Seems easy enough to test fit pieces before shoving them out the door, which I imagine would have saved us all (Rockwell included) some time and money.
