[V3-3 Spoilers] Can we please talk about this gruesome scene?

SOOOOOO

Legit. I'm actually pagan. This scene sort of offended me. I don't normally get offended at religious shit, but this scene was disrespectful to the point where it made me grind my teeth a bit.

Like, if he wanted to believe he was going to be with his love after he died, that is his belief and his alone. It was how he empowered himself and held his head high even after doing some pretty messed up crap. But that was his character. He was an anthropologist and part of anthropology is maintaining a profound respect for culture and belief, even in the face of contradictory evidence.

Going out of their way to shit on him after he died was not only sacrilege, but a slap in the face to his study (anthropology). Basically saying, you're wrong, you're dumb. I'm gonna fuck your sister now.

Also... salt is said to banish spirits from entering places in the physical realm. It doesn't fucking obliterate the spirit entirely. >->; That was stupid. If you're gonna be disrespectful GET IT RIGHT~!
