VA Beach, VA. Doctor ignored advice and I almost went into cardiac arrest as a result, then he falsified documents; unsure of strength of malpractice lawsuit.

Due to weakness, respiratory depression and low blood pressure, my doctor's note says I can't return to work until 4/27 so I will have been out of work for 9 days, which is indeed prolonged seeing as I just needed a safe place to recover from a bad mental side effect of my original medication, which shouldn't have taken more than 2-3 days. Now I am only unable to return for the physical issues caused by the psychiatrist's overdose. I am likely getting fired for this as my work does not let people be out for more than a few days, will speak to my employer tomorrow as they requested a "long talk" about this. I'll know then whether this extended stay has cost me my job or not.
