[VA] How do I tell my manager that our daily team Zoom meetings which normally last 1.5 to 3 hours are EXHAUSTING, awful, and make us less productive?

I’ve worked for a company for nearly a year. I have been work from home for 10 months of that 11 so far. I legit got lectured today about how I almost never have my camera in during meetings. My life is chaos but my work isn’t. At home I could have my handicapped brother decide to walk around the house naked “because he’s cold” (emphasis on the handicapped). Of course he’s not allowed to but that doesn’t mean he just does what he wants anyway. He’s an adult 22 year old man with the mind of a 4 year old. He lives with me because he prefers me over mom. I also have ADD and often am working and doing 2 other tasks. I’ll do a quick vacuuming, or a few dishes while emails are slow. Make an actual damn meal for once. My work never suffers for this. My boss on the hand, “misses my face”. So...wanna see me. Fine. Hair in messy bun, in yoga pants and larger tshirt, gloves on and cleaning my cats vomit. Here ya go. Not as fabulous as you thought huh Bill?? I know how to do my job. So much so they have promoted me already twice in 11 months and I’m expecting another soon as now I’m getting a team of people. I am frequently on work calls and folding laundry. It’s called multitasking. Ok rant over. Sorry. To posters point. You and other teammate need to confront him if tasking in the background is not possible. You can suggest that if he needs this tune to do certain things that’s fine, but my attention will be divided and unless you call out my name to get my attention, I have 10 other things I need to do to make our team prosper. (Side note, this literally sounds like the man is lonely and needs people to work)
