My goal is to never be disarmed. The threat of an armed uprising is one of the few things that can dissuade a tyrannical goverment. Your plan is to disarm and then act. It almost seems like you've put the cart before the horse.

All the things you've said are ex post facto. Our rights have already been stripped in your scenarios. Haven't we already lost in that case?

On a personal note, when will you fight? What is the point where you put your foot down? What will it take for you to say "enough"? Will you keep to nonviolence forever? Is civil disobedience the only option for you?

Do you believe that armed resistance is completely ineffective?
