- **Description:** Jett's Ultimate still does not reset properly in The Range

- **Steps to reproduce:** Enter The Range, select Jett as your agent, shoot the 'Practice' button to spawn in the bots, clear out the first wave of bots spawned.
- **Expected result:** Jett's daggers always resetting upon a kill on the bots.
- **Observed result:** After eliminating the bots that are spawned first, subsequent bots do not reset Jett's daggers.(This applies to the drones and targets outside behind the shooting range itself but I think it's meant to be that way right?)
