How much has the daily average users of Steam grown by in that same period? This could be an increase, no real change, or a decrease in terms of % of Steam users who use a controller. Assumedly the number of average daily steam users has also grown significantly, but not as much as doubled, but this info would have been appropriate to include in this article. But then, this article is really just copy/pasting info from a Steam Press release, so includes little to no original content.
