Is that some kind of joke ? do u actually expect anyone to believe that steam support is run by funcioning beings ? I have seen disabled hamsters being more helpful with my steam account. I would have a better luck getting a valid response by writing my problem on a piece of old rusty paper using invisible ink and throwing it in the bottom of the ocean than hearing back from steam support with any fucking information that could help anyone anywhere. Sometimes I feel like that department is just run by clueless heroine addicts that cant actually read but just press random buttons on the keyboard. I had a problem before selling thousands of items on steam and it needed to be confirmed on the mobile app but the app wasnt updated yet to check items, I had to confirm each item and it was buggy af, their response was to install the app. I actually dont understand what the fuck I was communicating with it was probably the reincarnation of a dead lizard from the 30's, I lost hope in ever having a valid answer from that cursed department a long time ago.
