If these renters don’t care about creating more rental units to lower rents for other renters, why should we care about them being able to stay in their neighbourhood. It’s basically fuck you I got mine.

These renters want all of the security and protection of owning a home without any of the liability, risks and financial costs that come along with it.

Everyone better stop complaining when rentals become slum buildings like the Sahota’s had.
