Vapes & Sugar in-take?

You don't have to be afraid of the *sugar* in vapes. It's absolutely negligible .

I've been a smoker since the age of 15 many years ago. I smoked about 40 cigs/day and put them down to switch to vaping in 2013.

I first had these little pen-type vaporizers that were the thing, but after about 2 weeks I went back to cigs due to bad blood sugars caused by the vape (or so I thought. Turns out I got sick).

A year later I got a tank (not sub-ohm) system and tried again, this time properly calculating my nicotine needs and buying the appropriate strength.

To end the story: I stopped smoking completely in early 2014 and have been vaping ever since. The nicotine content I had was set at 24mg/ml and is now at 2,5mg/ml.
I don't notice any changes in BG when vaping, and my last HbA1c was <6%.

Taste is better and my lungs are clear, no coughing up disgusting mucus in the morning.

Hope this helps!
