Vasectomy

Pre-vasectomy me would love to hear that, I was always in situations where although the girl was established to be pro-choice I wasn't convinced she would actually have an abortion, then you hear stories on how some woman become pregnant and suddenly can't fathom having an abortion due to hormones. Yeah there are some sketchy woman out there unfortunately that will try and trap guys with a baby.

I'm in NSW, abortion is technically illegal in some states but because of a legal loophole its actually possible to get an abortion virtually anywhere in Australia (the doctor just puts down that the pregnancy will cause mental distress or financial hardship)

I do feel for the guy, biology is a bitch, but our laws don't help. There should not be forced fatherhood or forced child support, I do think "financial abortion" should be a thing where men can give up all their child responsibility. It still would suck if you didn't want your DNA passed on though, its not just about the financial, there is now a person that exists because of you, that you never wanted to happen.

Knowing whether or not to have a permanent operation is a huge decision for a 23 year old to go though. It was difficult enough for me at 26, but ultimately wanting to remain CF outweighed any surgery risk, and I can say that it was worth it now.
