Ok Folks... This is not really a fix for the python issue, but I did manage to remove the printing page restrictions from the .vbk files. I've uploaded the cracked DLL to https://share.dmca.gripe/2FPWKNtBOfgxLO0z.dll

The download is a dll that I altered because I wanted to be able to print the PDF. Keep in mind that if the book is split into chapters, you will need to print each chapter individually and then merge the PDFs when you are finished. This is better than having to print a couple of pages at a time.

If you download this file, please backup the one that is already there by either moving the dll to a new location or renaming it before you put this new dll in. The file is Bookshelf.Shell.dll located in C:\Program Files (x86)\VitalSource Bookshelf\ if you installed bookshelf in the default location.

Please let me know if this doesn't work for you. When you bring up the print page the number of pages will remain 1, but you will be able to change the from and to pages. Just choose all the pages in the chapter and you will be able to print them to pdf.
