I’ve always been a huge fan of Buddhist practices but I’m just recently getting into them. What literature should I read to get a full introduction to Buddhism?

You could just to start browsing the Access to Insight webpage (https://www.accesstoinsight.org/), starting with the introductions and primers. It has a huge collection of translated suttas from the Pali cannon as well as works by mostly Thai forest teachers.

There are also study guides on there by Thanissaro Bhikku, whose name you will come across in a lot of the translations. These organize sutta readings around particular thematic discussions.

You don't have to pick a tradition though! This is just a huge resource for getting into the Pali cannon and Theravada traditions (mostly Thai forest).
