Hey there psychology student here (not a qualified therapist though).
It might be advisable to try seek counseling to get another perspective on your problems. That will help you get out of the house and strive for enhancing your life as well.
Secondly, get out of the house. Go to a coffee shop, bring a book or a planner. Just be around people for a bit and who knows you might make some new friends along the way.
Thirdly, I would advise against going through it by yourself. Sure it might work but it takes ages. I’d recommend however reading books on depression maybe even positive psychology (sounds cheesy but it’s a real academic field).
Lastly, I wish you all the best on your journey. Life has its ups and downs, you haven’t it all figured out yet but that’s okay. It’s okay just try to get better a little at a time.
