Well what would you say science proves time under tension your body doesn’t know it’s a dumbbell it knows it’s lifting something though so if your not getting a burn you ain’t working the muscle doesn’t matter if it’s heavy or not now you do mma so should know more than anyone if you need to go up a weight class you eat more you need to go down you eat less cal in vs cals burned to gain weight you need to be in surplus protein shakes and bars no good vs real food which will keep metabolism going.. if it’s all about weights why are prisoners mass why are Olympic lifters in a weight class lifting more than a steroids kid at the gym?
