I’ve been serving for 8 years; and today I’m the most sick of our culture that I’ve ever been.

You would make a better case if you didn’t have so many typos. Excellence in all we do—it’s basic.

Also women aren’t men. I know that’s shocking to some, but it’s not trivial and you can’t hand wave it away by saying “that’s mean”. When I went to basic I was expecting some Thor/Hulk dudes to motivate me. There was some of that, but the energy was totally erased any time a female MTI came around with their screeching naggy voices.

The problem a lot of people notice about the CMSAF is that she was out there as a diversity hire and it daily makes a mockery of our service. Sure maybe a female can fill that role, but it really looks like they passed over qualified men—and maybe even qualified “less diverse” women—just to project a cringey fake diversity narrative.

Women aren’t men. It doesn’t mean you’re a bad person, and it shouldn’t be offensive to point out that basic science (e.g. sexual dimorphism) has significance.
