Considering how much this offense would rather throw to Perriman and Miller instead of OJ Howard and Cam Brate, they heavily value a WR3. It's likely going to happen that they pick a WR within the first 3-4 rounds.
Assuming this draft is under the impression that either Jameis will be back or they trade for a vet, I don't understand what you don't get with picking a WR before a QB. I personally don't think they draft one at all, if they don't use their first pick on one.
From what I've read Derrick Brown is a more natural pass rusher which Vita isn't, having those two guys compliment each other would be awesome. Also, Beau Allen is merely a rotation guy, he's anchoring nothing. He's also a free agent, along with everybody else on the inside not named Vita Vea.
