Hey, I was just about to make this post again. Fucking tencent man. They have to know this is an issue, but apparently don’t give a flying shit about their highest playing (and usually paying!) customers. I literally couldn’t play NA server last season as a high ranked conqueror and I literally can’t play again this season as only crown 2 at the moment. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve been conqueror again already but I spend literally hours a day staring a queue timer tick up slowly. I’ve reported this issue to tencent in every way I know how: in game, to their community managers, and complaining on reddit. Zero response from them on all fronts.

Btw the super simple solution here is to remove ranked matchmaking. Throw everyone in platinum or above into the same game. It’s so, so stupid to try to match a 4/4 conqueror squad against 6 or whatever other full teams of conquerors. It will never find a match! Which should obvious to anyone with half a brain (so not whoever the hell thought up this current system). If they threw everyone into the same match above a certain threshold we’d have instant queues and it would never be an issue.
