The vegan hate is getting old

Sorry you feel you've gotten hate--I think it's because people with ARFID have felt they've gotten hate from the vegan community people may be touchy, but if that's not you, then nothing to worry about! It's cool if your safe foods fall under vegan foods. There are times I would LOVE to be able to be vegan/vegetarian because I love animals--but I quite literally would die if I was. Like, malnourished, starving, death. Because unfortunately, pretty much all of my safe foods can't be vegan, or their vegan version would then be unsafe for me (unless you count some vegan deserts... and then they have so much sugar in them that I'm still not being remotely healthy hah)

So, no hate at all on veganism, I think it's great for people that can do it and you're lucky your safe foods allow you to do that! I just am not one of those people, many aren't, and sometimes when vegans tell me I could be/ I'm "choosing" not to be, it really upsets me. I wish there would be no more hate at all around what people choose to eat/not eat!
