Vegan Keto On A Budget

Think this way, less is more.

Sprout greens, lentils, chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds can all be bought for <$5/pound. The more raw the better. Onions are usually quite cheap. Buy big quantities of coconut oil to save money.

For spices, they are great, but I would commit to a few good ones that are on the cheaper side. I really don't think we need all these fancy, like a dozen spices for a meal. I enjoy cayenne, turmeric, and black pepper.

If done properly, I believe vegan keto is super economical because you don't have to eat as much in empty calories. Keeping it interesting and not feeling deprived is the problem!

Hope this helps you!
