Vegans of Reddit What is your reaction to seeing your significant other/ friend eating meat?

My husband is also vegan. Most of my friends eat meat though and I think nothing about it. The majority of people I meet and interact with eat animal products, it would be exhausting to have any reaction to it. I just don't let it bother me. Although I had a classmate who was on the keto diet and he would not shut up about it. Talked about bacon and steak and eggs in literally every conversation. It was a weird obsession or something. Finally at the end of the semester I went off on him and told him I was vegan and sick of hearing him orgasm over bacon every morning while I just sat there and said nothing. Like, cool bro?? He's the type that also talks shit about vegans without ever knowing that I was one. So, I don't think his meat-eating was what upset me, but it was his obsession over keto everything and talking only about one thing and being rude and disrespectful about other diet choices even though he himself had a specific diet. He was just an overall asshole. Otherwise, yeah, eat your burger in front of me, I don't care.
