[Vent] Any other M3s tired of feeling like they don't know what the hell they're doing?

I'm really not liking 3rd year.

I feel like it's the biggest waste of time ever. People are too busy to teach. All my learning is done when I get home and those 3 - 5 minute breaks where I can read my uworld notes. I truly am trying to make the most of it...but it's hard when you realize you've wasted 8 - 10 hours of your life doing boring clerical work, fetching coffee for your resident/attending, following them around like a hemorrhoid, feeling worthless and just in the way. Heaven forbid you ask a question you couldn't find the answer to...

I don't mind working 8 - 10 hours. But I want to be productive. I also understand that I'm only a 3rd year. Really not looking forward to surgery
