US version sucked literal a$$. None of the cast were like able, there wasn’t a couple you can really root for, there’s no substance. All the couples were so boring and godawful and so annoying to watch. They didn’t have casa amor which probably could’ve given it a little bit more substance. I watch love island for the friendships that are also formed, this one did not have that. It just seems like everybody hates each other and they’re so passive aggressive. I couldn’t stand it. It’s the first season so I gues I can’t be too mad about it but I feel like they’ve seen how UK does it and could’ve taken some inspo, it’s not like they started the show from scratch. It was very safe I would say, they didn’t speak their mind as much as UK contestants have.
