Very clear manipulation against anti-vaxx comments

in your opinion, is it healthy for someone to brigade a subreddit while viewing themselves as an arbiter of truth because they disagree with a different narrative? to me, this seems like an unhealthy addiction. for example, right wing christians think their beliefs are the truth, so would it be beneficial to anyone for them to attempt to convert atheists in an atheist chat group? is being correct or feeling intellectually superior worth the time and energy of this practice? personally i believe people will never agree completely on any subject so to read things which are infuriating to you, to let if affect you significantly, to not let it go, can become pathological. why attempt to hold back a complete freedom of speech? truth is not infallible and what society considers to be true changes, so if each side thinks they are correct, why not trust in your belief of truth without this insecurity? just some food for thought... would like to know your opinion as you are pro covid vaccine and choose to spend time arguing against the opposing viewpoint.
