Meh. I’ll look at your floor plan today and try to help you. But I really don’t think not wanting to live in something that small is me not thinking about why I’d want to live there. I’d absolutely want to be out of the apartment more often than not, but at the end of the day we still spend a fuck ton of time in their living space. You could never in a million years host 5-6 friends for a game/movie night. You couldn’t even realistically have a child in that space. Both are a necessity for me. That’s a ll I’m saying. If I could afford to buy even a 1000 square foot space there I’d be down to move. To each his own. New York, and particularly Manhattan, is not really meant for America’s middle class and I’m okay with that.
