I'm typically grouped with men based on my gender. Harassment hasn't been an issue in over a decade. In my early 20s, I wasn't taken seriously, but in my late 30s, I am taken seriously because I demand respect and will scold men in a hot second. I refuse to do feminine tasks. I'll do heavy lifting. I won't do cooking for potlucks. Female employees and male employees' wives cook, sex-based task that I don't do as a gnc woman.
