As someone who lives in the neighborhood where this happened

majority of the community agrees that instead of taking away our right to bear arms we think it would be a better choice to carry weapons to defend ourselves. No matter if guns become illegal mentally ill people always find a way. We would rather have signs that say “property protected by privately owned firearms” rather than “no guns allowed”. No shooter would walk into a building that says the public is carrying. It’s a shooters Christmas when they see a sign that says no guns allowed.

I have many friends that were affected, and it’s an unfortunate subject, but that’s just what I and my friends and the majority of the community believe.
