I will say, if you do need to reach them, call them. They're terrible about answering emails...in that they never answer emails. I'm not sure if they're getting them or what but I've sent a handful of emails and they never respond. Immediately answer when I call (this was because after the dental care...which was expensive they wanted to see all of his records since I got him, which was a new requirement after what I guess would be all the new dog owners during COVID).

Communication is lacking but they have always paid super promptly so I can't really complain. Their guidelines are pretty straightforward and its pretty cut and dry on what they do/don't pay for.
