I get it, there are bugs, but its a complex sim and this stuff takes time.

Would you rather have to wait until Christmas to be able to buy and run the sim with more bugs worked out, or would you rather get flying today and have a 98% great experience? We had people banging down MS/Asobo's door trying to get into the alpha/beta testing, and I get it that there is a big difference between internal testing and public release, but REALLY? If you've been waiting for this sim for years, would you rather play it today and live with the bugs that will get worked out, or let them polish it even more and have to wait longer to fly? Where exactly is that line in the sand between "needs more work" and "perfectly bug-free", because there is no such thing as a bug-free major modern game release.
