Vibratory Uticaria? More info in comments

It’s been a few days, but my hands were slightly red, and just barely swollen up until 2 days ago. That usually only lasts for like a day. However the extreme itchiness and this weird bumps/postules usually hang around for a good week. This has happened for as long as I can remember. I’m 35 now, and I can remember all the way back to being around 8 when I first started having lawn mowing and weed eating added to my chores. Whenever I’d use those, my hands would turn red and just become SO itchy, to the point that at 8 years old I just couldn’t stand it anymore. Then in my early 20’s I was an electrician, and the same thing would happen anytime I would use the big hammer drill to bust through brick and concrete. I always noticed that this only happened when I used things that vibrate... but now I’m currently remodeling a closet in my house and it happened again after using a hammer drill to bust up tiles, and finally decided to Google it. Vibratory Uticaria is the only thing that seems to be caused by vibrations, although my visual symptoms don’t seem to be as severe as many of the photos on Google, but the redness, swelling, itchiness, all happening after being introduced to vibrations seem to point towards it maybe being the case, even though it’s listed as being a very rare condition. I was also recently diagnosed with a very rare intestinal issue (intestines formed on the wrong side of my body during gestation) so it seems my body is maybe accustomed to being involved with rare disorders.
