Vice - 'If you don't want to have kids, you don't have to want a career instead' Discussion inside!

My husband and I are living this in reverse lol. We both had a very carefree time in our twenties in terms of jobs. Life outside of work was more important etc. But now that we're in our mid 30's we want to buy a house, travel and buy nice things. In the last two years both of our careers unexpectedly took off and now we're making great money in jobs we both love. Life outside of work is still important but it's kinda fun that we both are excelling in our careers for the first time. And with no kids to worry about we can put as much time and energy as we want into it. Just feels fucking great to not only be able to pay the bills but have money left over to pursue our dreams and have a comfortable retirement.
