Victoria’s Secret Bra Fitter Opinion

I want to preface that this isn't an attack on you personally. There have been various employees who have posted here over the years to defend their employer and it never goes well. VS is a huge reason, maybe even the main reason, why this sub exists to begin with.

I think it's completely ridiculous for customers to have to ask specifically for an "expert," if the store even has one, in order to have a good fitting experience. I understand VS is about quantity over quality, but the vast majority of people are not going to know about this, and assume anyone at the store should be trained and qualified equally to provide fitting advice.

I also highly doubt that you have been able to perfectly fit 99% of your customers without making concessions on fit.Sometimes major concessions. Or unless you've somehow had mostly customers who fit the VS size range.. You can't say that the 36C VS put in is going to provide anywhere near the level of support and comfort that my properly fitted 32Hs do. 48 individual sizes may sound like a lot, and it probably is considering all of the SKUs an individual store needs to carry when taking into account different colors and designs. But humans are so variable that a comprehensive store would ideally carry at least 26-56 A-P.
