[Video] - New York reviewing policing incidents during protests

The majority of the protesters are there for the cause and stand in peaceful unity to show support for the friends and family of Floyd and to also shed more light on this plague on society. But then there are a lot of kids out there just for the anarchy. Protests bring out the best and the worst in people. I did these kinds of things when I was young, full of testosterone and thought that life would last forever. I was hit with a rubber bullet that dropped me like a sack of potatoes. I had 2 fractured ribs and thought I was going to die because the wind was knocked out of me so hard. Eventually, the cops are going to start shooting and then the rioters will fire back. I would hate to see such hypocritical acts begin to take place. If more Blacks die then the protests and riots will just get more and more violent. I am a minority and I know progress takes time, but progress continues to progress. I’m not going to sit here and say that people shouldn’t express themselves over such a brutal and senseless act. I just want progress to happen the right way. I worked for my Alma Matter doing statistical analysis for equal employment opportunities for professor positions who were applying to the university. I also ran analytics to make sure proportional cultural diversity was extended to the pool of student applicants. I can tell you that in just those 4 years I was there we achieved tremendous success and exceeded our expectations. I wish we could all hop in a rocket that exceeds C’ and go to 100 years in the future, but we can’t. This is what has been given to us and we have to work with what we have. Anyways, this rant probably doesn’t make any sense, but I just had to write my feelings down to get this negative energy out of my body. Good luck to the freedom fighters, and may mercy come upon us all. ✌️
