this has nothing about recording in my opinion, it has to do with his aggressive behaviour that appeared unstable and that could escalate. again, they could have calm him down if they are better trained psychologically, but he should have done the same. he started recording when the situation was already escalated and for me it appears he might have instigated it. i am trying to have no bias here, but in my opinion there was something else, and it seems like the guy wanted it to happen recording it with a mobile to make a case out of it. i dont think it would happen if he is calm. but there are people even at airports creating problems and tensed situations with safety controls or even traffic stops when they get angry and escalate situation to discredit cops. i have seen it. but again, every situation is different, and i might be wrong, this is just my assumption, but i think i am right
