Videos and sources

Why do you care who uploads what and who owns it? Let the owners of the content police their own videos and handle it. Why should it be up to me to police it for them? Nobody cares if you think what they are doing is "wrong". Your definition of what is right and wrong isn't the same as everyone else's. Leave your own beliefs and morals out of it. If the owners of the vids cared enough, they would handle the situation themselves.

This sub is already slow as fuck and lacking new content. You're just doing your part to help kill it off quicker. The 20 to 50 views that are going to be generated by the minimal traffic from this sub doesn't matter. We're talking maybe 1 or 2 pennies in ad revenue. Who cares? Obviously the owners of the videos don't even care enough or they would get it taken down.

Who gives a flying fuck who owns the content? The owners of the content have plenty of options that they can go through to get their own videos taken down off of channels who steal their videos. If they don't even care enough to go through that process, why should I care enough to check who owns what before I post it?

This has been going on in this subreddit since it was created and nobody ever cared. Nobody. Ever. Way to ask the community for our input on the issue as well before just telling us how things are going to go. Glad to know your thoughts and opinions are more important than the communities.

Why don't you let people post what they want, and the community can decide what they do or do not want to see? You know, let us use reddit the way it was designed to be used. Reddit has an awesome feature called up and down votes specifically for this process. It works really well. If the community actually cares about this issue (which they dont), then those posts will be down voted into oblivion, and the problem will solve itself. Again, the way reddit was designed to be used.

Also as a side note, it's 2015 if you hadn't noticed. I would argue that an equal amount if not a majority of users primarily browse reddit a majority of the time using some sort of mobile device. Just because you don't, doesn't mean the rest of us don't.

Tl;dr: the community > you
