"Avoiding the sin" means that you yourself are avoiding premarital sex (good for you!). But you're clearly referring to avoiding women, many of whom might be non-virgins through assault or coercion or abuse. Honestly, it's probably better for them not to encounter someone who is hyper fixated on a magical "freshness seal."

All of this is to say that you're misguided. It's one thing to prioritize finding someone who takes sex seriously and has actively pursued chastity. It's another thing to treat this one characteristic of a woman as her definitive trait for "pair bonding" or marriage or motherhood or whatever. Plenty of virgins, including and perhaps especially men, are absolutely not ready to form a loving marriage.
