Virginia -- My landlord is evicting me because he doesn't want to pay for the plumbing issues and collapsed ceiling.

She, but no he didn't. I'd been telling him about the issues and he'd use draino or bleach the mold. It wasn't until we had an inspection outside, I guess by hoa request, and a sheriff left a notice, which I can show you as well to prove again I'm not lying like that horrible guy keeps saying. He had to fix termite issues on the porch, all wood falling down, and a side vent or face a 4k fine.

He came immediately and fixed it himself.

Without notice he wasd coming, I had family from out of town over, but didn't stop him. It just ruined the visit. So then I showed him again the ceiling and flooded basement. Plus the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom leaking. (My neighbors are friends and we live in a duplex and all these old homes are identical. Well they had the same issue with their bathroom so bag the tub fell through)

He asked that day, do you like it here? I said yes, I just want those things fixed. He said he could give me the deposit if I wanted to leave. I said, I like it here minus the issues. My friends help me with medication and hospital visits. They live next door.

He did, okay...I'll hire someone.

Nothing happened. So I asked him what was the status and he said I made these issues and he wanted to keep my deposit and would evict me and cut off power and water. I was livid. I told him I was taking him to court. How could he do this. He knows I am sick.

He's basically very cheap as my neighbors have said. He does everything himself and half-assed. It was like this before I moved in.

I just want to know how to prevent him from doing this to another person and is it worth my time /money /health to do this?

I would bet if the inspector comes, he will condemn the house. I bet the ceiling in the spare room that is collapsing is from a leaking roof.

The bathroom has probably water damage to the wood and that is why it leaks into the kitchen.

The basement, my gma thinks the pipe leading outside to the curb underground probably has 60 years of backed up stuff.

Again these are 1940 army homes in Jefferson Manor, Alexandria va. You can look at them on Google maps. Some are torn down, some gutted, some are like mine.

Thanks for at least wanting to help. I can take pictures and show the emails. Not sure why I need proof for advice. But that other harassing user wants it.
