Dig the new lighting options. Is there a skybox to match them that I missed somewhere?

Not currently. I experimented with adding a skybox but I wasn't satisfied with the results. Skyboxes seem to work well in 2D renders, but as soon as you can move your head around it becomes obvious that's its just a sphere and I felt the fake-looking background was distracting.

The skin looks so great on Eva, but kind of weird on the other girls. A little uncanny valley, even.

Don't know what to say about this one. Personally, I think Mei Lin's skin looks the best; it has more blemishes than Eva but that adds realism. Have you tried mixing and matching the Mei Lin skin with the Eva shape?

Have her eyes track you. This really improves immersion and brings a girl to life.

As Noiselexer noticed, look-at is already implemented. I haven't turned it on yet because I'm not happy with the results so far. Just tracking a single point attached to your head begins very quickly to look robotic. What I really need to do is have the figures glance around while mostly focusing on you. But that will require take time to implement.

But since there's some interest, I'll see what I can do about adding to toggle to turn off the basic look-at behaviour I've implemented so far.

Speaking of eyes, the reflection in the whites looks too metallic or something.

This is a bug in my renderer. Bumpy surfaces look to shiny. You can notice this on the lips too. It's on my list of things to fix.

If there's an easy way to add frame interpolation or smoothing to animations that would be awesome. Many of them are "jaggy". (Also, I'm a big fan of dancing animations, so more of those are always welcome! Hula and more belly dancing please!)

The jagginess is another bug I'm aware of. Also on the list to fix!

The current animations are all from mixamo.com. They're simple to import, so if you see any there you'd like me to add, let me know.

A way to save/load the scene. (Preferably XML if you can swing it, so we can easily tweak the values by hand.)

I plan to add save/load in a later version. Right now things are changing so much that I'd keep breaking compatibility. I'll definitely make the format user editable ...but probably JSON rather than XML because I'm not a time traveller from the year 2000 ;).
