To be honest most Microsoft customers are not the type that would be in a retail store getting helped by clueless kids that call themselves "geniuses" because they were decent sales reps so that somehow gave them a engineering/electrical degree according to apple.

I get the latest Microsoft product every year and I've never been in a Microsoft store. Retail stores are for grandparents and clueless people that think buying the latest apple products every year makes them nerds (apparently that's cool now?) or "techies". If you cannot do something as basic as replacing an SMD then you're not a techie. You're just a person that buys apple products.
