*visible confusion*

Ok, fine. He was white, then turned black (they're actually 2 different persons but I'll play game). You know when ? At a time where PC culture wasn't on the throat of every compagny to fit their agendas.

So Nick Fury becoming white seems more like a creative decision more than anything, or at least not a decision that came from being pressed by movements, and he wasn't necessary a beloved character that transcended generations and generations.

Now we have today. Characters changing genders, sexual preferences and/or race, and it happens to not 1. Not 2. A LOT of characters. And this one is a character so beloved and known by even today's grandmas, who watched it the first time as a kid.

So excuse me if I don't buy into your attempt to dismiss the complaints of people who see what's obvious and not afraid to call it.

The ultimate strategy is to turn the character black, that way if we don't like it we're automatically racist. That's a chess move and I respect it, but acting like everything is fine and using a poor example just to fit your narrative is fishing for attention.
