Yay!!! Long distance relationships can be so hard, but when you're physically together it makes it so worth it <3

Give yourself/get a facial the day of if possible! I find that my skin always looks best right after. Make sure you use one you know works for you though, don't want to use a new one and find out you're allergic :) also along the lines of skincare, exfoliate a day or two beforehand as well, your skin and your lips!

As far as body hair, use what you prefer whether that be shaving, waxing, etc. I shaved everything in the shower the day of so I'd be smooth and moisturizer on my legs and arms and such after.

I always did my nails and toes the day before, that way I knew nothing would chip or smudge because it was just put on.

I live in a hot and humid climate, so I've tried to master the art of non-melting makeup. Make sure to use a primer beforehand (I've found silicone-based primers keep my makeup on better than others), if you have any waterproof makeup like mascara or eyeliner pull that out for sure, use a setting spray (I like Urban Decay's and Wet and Wild's), eye primer, and a good, mattifying powder (Maybelliene Fit Me is a godsend). And if you're oily like me, bring blotting sheets with you :)

These are smaller things but I liked to use a mask on my hair a few days before, use a body and foot scrub before shaving that day, and wear matching scents in lotion and perfume to smell amazing allll day and night :)
