Sorry to blunt but I come from a different angle. The development team needs to adress those who this setting was originally intended for: the audibly impaired fortnite playerbase. It is supposed to be a tool to help us localize from which direction the sound comes from, what it is that makes the sound, whether it's close by or further away. Somewhere around s2c4 I it became less of a help tool and more of a downright disturbance because of the many many unneccesary visual cues on screen.

Look, if other players want to use that as a way of cheating fine by me but how it is right now is not funny anymore. If I didn't need it I would turn it off right now. The lack of care for audio accessibility by such a big company for one of the most popular games really pisses me off.
