Was vitamin deficiency the reason I kept drinking since I was 19

If you don’t eat salmon, tuna, anchovies mackerel or herring a couple times a week you’re good. If you don’t and you drink a lot I’d say switch fish oil out with cod liver oil. Cod liver oil has vitamin A and Vitamin D (if you drink that much a day most people’s who are heavy drinkers or alcoholic are deficient in vitamin A which I felt I was even though I hadn’t drank as long). Please make sure you do your research tho and make sure you talk to your primary physician before taking it to check your vitamin A levels so you know exactly what to take. I took it on a whim tho with a bit of research knowing men should took 900 mcg of Vitamin A a day and women should take 700 mcg a day. Took a daily amount cod liver oil of 370 mcg and vitamin D 400 mcg.
