!rule 1 This isn't a frequent complaint at all. Check the volume level on the bike tablet by pressing the volume buttons. You should see a popup prompting you to select a different instructor/music volume mixture. More info here. You can also edit the Android's system-level volume by: tap black bar at top of screen and tap on Settings. Then tap on Volume, and adjust the media volume slider. You should be in the Android settings panel now; this isn't within the Peloton app. Then tap the back button to return to the Peloton app, and try the volume again.
