Vote House Republicans out

To everyone complaining about Bias.

The only way to force /r/politics to be bipartisan would be to artificially enforce it.

If the users were majority Republican this would be a Republican sub. Since it's majority Democrat leaning it's a Democrat sub. Nothing short of artificial manipulation could ever change this fact of Reddit.

It is user submissions, with user based voting, and it creates user enforced bias.

The only way to prevent this would be to manipulate the voting and submissions to give equal weight against the users inherent bias.

So Republican submissions would need to be artificially upvoted while Democrat submissions would need to be artificially downvoted to counter the users bias.

There simply is no way for Reddit to create a political subreddit that is neutral or bipartisan. It's not possible when the users are the reason for the bias.

Once a bias exists it will be reinforced by the majority.

Reddit subs are all "circlejerks" for this reason. There can't be sub that caters to opposed ideologies without an artifical measure to disregard the majority and bolster the majority opinions.
