I watched the snippet of the briefer in the link you posted (thanks for providing one). It is apparent Trump has no technical knowledge of anything related to medicine.

He does say that injecting disinfectants to patients may* be a solution. Nowhere in the video did I hear Trump instruct the public to inject themselves with bleach/disinfectant though.

Can you provide a video of the briefer where he says injecting a disinfectant will treat the virus?

Because the only thing I heard from the video you posted was that Trump thinks it might be a solution to the virus.

The way the media has covered the briefer, you would have thought that Trump got on stage and instructed everyone to go out and do the injections themselves.
