Voynich manuscript written by Leonardo da Vinci?

Very interesting.

The modesty of the author - that she has only decoded a subset of the names of the plants shown - is telling. There are no wild claims, and that the Manuscript is at least in part a "herbal" is far from being a new suggestion - especially given its appearance - but has never been proved before.

I am not a linguist but I speak Italian and know a bit about the language's history, and what she has written about it is reasonable.

Whether it was Leonardo who wrote the Manuscript, or not, is another matter, but I find the decoding method for the plant names convincing.

(The point she makes that too many people have considered the Manuscript to be gobbledegook, so have treated it in a "bulk" manner rather than looking closely, is an excellent one).
