Okay first there is the best consumer i5 available which is water cooled. this is paired with a good mobo however it is not overclockable although you don't want to I would recommend getting an overclockable mobo. then there is a GTX 1060 6gb which should run any game max settings 1080p 60 fps. then a MasterBox lite 5 from cooler master a great looking budget case and finally a 600w bronze power supply which is probably a bit overkill however but it will allow for upgrading and overclocking if you ever do it.
