I think it's also fair to note his trouble with law (hit and run, which also resulted in being stripped. I also can't forget UFC151, where he didn't want to fight Chael Sonnen and caused the first cancellation of a UFC card. You read that right... He ducked Chael Sonnen on 8 days rest.

If he runs through the heavyweight division without transgressions, as proficiently as he did the light heavyweight division, no one will remember any of that and will likely chalk it up to youthful bad judgement.
